Synopsis: Protective Services officers encountered a known trespasser while on patrol in the Barnard Hospital. Officers reminded the subject of his trespass warning and escorted him from campus. Approximately two hours later, Protective Services officers encountered the same subject on the 3rd floor of the Wohl Clinic. Officers took the subject into custody. The SLMPD responded to campus and arrested the subject.
Disposition: Suspect Arrested. Judicial Disposition Unknown

Synopsis: Protective Services officers located a subject who had been warned against trespassing on campus. He was loitering in the McMillan Hospital Building lobby. The subject had several active warrants. Protective Services officers called the SLMPD. The SLMPD declined to respond. Protective Services officers released the subject and again warned him against future trespass.

Synopsis: Protective Services responded to the FLTC for a report of a suspicious person following community members. Officers located the subject as he exited a first floor restroom. He attempted to flee but was taken into custody after a brief foot chase. Officers issued the subject a warning against future trespass and ensured he left campus.

Synopsis: Protective Services officers responded to the FLTC for a subject who was using the intercom to cause a disturbance within Protective Services dispatch. Officers located the subject and identified him as the same person who stole an expensive piece of equipment from the Clayton Garage in February 2024. Protective Services officers took the subject into custody. The SLMPD responded to campus and arrested the subject for an active warrant and trespassing.

Synopsis: An unaffiliated subject was located in the Fort Labs building. The subject appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Officers took the subject into custody and determined he had multiple warrants for his arrest. Officers located apparent methamphetamine amongst the subject's belongings. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department was contacted but was unable to respond in a timely manner. Officers confiscated the suspected methamphetamine and issued the subject a warning against future trespass.

Synopsis: The unaffiliated subject from incident 2406-00258 was located in the Fort Labs building a second time. Officers took the subject into custody and confirmed he still had multiple warrants for his arrest. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department was contacted but was unable to respond in a timely manner. Officers issued the subject an additional warning against future trespass and escorted him from the building.

Synopsis: A Protective Services officer observed a known trespasser sleeping under the WUSM Tech Bar on the 2nd floor of the CSRB. Officers took the subject into custody and notified the SLMPD. The SLMPD responded to campus and took custody of the subject.

Synopsis: Officers responded to the rear of the East Building for a report of a subject causing a disturbance. Officers observed the subject attempting to take metal from the dumpster. The officers made contact and identified the subject. The subject previously caused damage to the Ambulatory Cancer Building. Officers issued the subject a written warning against future trespass and called the SLMPD to remove him from campus.
Disposition: Suspect Identified. Trespass Warning Issued.

Synopsis: Protective Services located two unaffiliated subjects rummaging through a construction dumpster in the BJC Institute of Health loading dock area. The subjects were not in possession of any apparent stolen property. Officers issued the subjects trespass warnings and escorted them off campus.
Disposition: Trespass warnings issued.

Location: McMillan Hospital Building
Synopsis: Protective Services officers observed a known trespasser enter the McMillan Hospital Building and walk toward Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Protective Services officers, assisted by BJH Public Safety officers attempted to make contact with the subject. However, the subject ignored the officers and continued to walk. He was unable to pass through an access control door and turned around. Officers physically stopped him and directed him to comply with commands. After a brief state of agitation, the subject complied with officers commands. He was detained and a warrant check was conducted. He was ultimately released and escorted from campus.
Disposition: Subject identified and escorted from campus.
