The Business Operations team is a cross-functional service area encompassing capital project accounting and controls, operational accounting and finance, procurement, educational support, technology, customer service, housing, event management, and campus auxiliaries. These teams are vital in supporting the University’s education, research, and patient care missions. As stewards of campus spaces, we manage and maintain these facilities to serve the broader community. Additionally, we provide servant leadership to OFMD service areas, WashU Medicine departments, medical center partners, and tertiary customers. Our primary goal is to meet strategic objectives and departmental budgets while advancing the campus’s mission.
