Temporary parking for COVID-19 (revised 4.3.20)
Until further notice, any employee who is traveling to campus for an intermittent need but does not hold a parking permit may park in an open lot space belonging to the School of Medicine. These spaces are limited but will not require a permit and during this period. The campus will suspend ticketing on the noted lots for this short time. Parking in any ADA spot does require an ADA permit and is subject to ticketing if misused. All current parking permit holders should park in their assigned parking locations.
Short term teleworking employees who may not want to hold on to their campus parking may contact transportation and parking to stop their parking pass, and credit for March 23rd and April 3rd can be provided upon request and physical forfeiture of the parking permit. Employees cannot be guaranteed an assignment in the employee’s current parking location should they restart their parking permit upon their return to campus due to the number of permits being added daily for new employees and non-metro riders.

1234 S. Kingshighway shuttle notification (revised 4.3.20)
Beginning tomorrow through Monday, April 6, we will reduce shuttle service to 1 shuttle vehicle from the Kingshighway lot to the Mid Campus Center (MCC) Monday through Friday. Shuttle service will run between 6:00–9:00am and 2:30-5:30pm. The shuttle will run every 20 minutes. Transportation can be requested outside of these hours through Protective Services by dialing 314-362-4357.

How do I sign up for parking?
In order to initially sign-up for parking, please log in with your WUSTL Key by clicking here or visit the FISC located in Olin Hall. You will need your license plate information to sign-up.

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes! We accept credit cards for daily and monthly visitor parking passes, WUSM badges, ticket payments and debit passes.

Parking may be cancelled at any time throughout the year. All hang tags or BJC facility access cards (if applicable) must be returned to the FISC by the third of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s parking.

The WUSM Link, which connects employee parking with the hospitals, spans 1,200 feet from the entrance at the SLCH staff garage to the Mid Campus Center. The Link provides a safe, secure and out-of-the-elements route to and from the garages. The Duncan-Central Garage link entrance is on the fourth level and the SLCH staff garage link entrance is on the fifth level. Please view the map for more information.
