Starting on October 27, Tarlton will install construction fencing, a trash chute, and a dumpster in the alley between McMillan and Maternity for the demolition. The project will block five parking spaces in the Maternity Lot to allow access to the dumpster and will restrict access to the alley for safety reasons during the use of the trash chute. Signage will be placed on the interior side of the Maternity exit. We do not anticipate any impact on the bike parking or the south exit from McMillan.
After the early demolition package is complete in approximately February 2026, the construction materials will be removed, and the site will be restored to its current condition until the McMillan project starts in May/June 2026. At that time, the McMillan parking lot, Maternity east egress, and plaza area will be closed for the duration of construction.
We understand that these changes may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation as we move forward with this important project.
