This outage is necessary to perform maintenance on the Campus Power Plant, as well as on various campus buildings connected to the main steam supply and condensate return systems.
Equipment and systems impacted by this outage may include:
* Air Handling Units (intermittent cycling possible)
* Building heating systems
* Autoclaves and sterilizers
* Domestic hot water
* Cage washers
* Dishwashers
* Any departmental equipment that requires steam for operation
East Building and East Imaging Domestic Hot Water will not be affected. Please plan accordingly, as these systems and equipment will be unavailable for the duration of the outage.
