Elevator #11 is out of service due to a needed repair. The parts are on order. KONE will return the elevator to service once the repairs are complete.

Southwest Tower-Exhaust Fan Service Interruption 11/19/2025
On Wednesday, November 19, from 5-7 p.m., Facilities will shut down the exhaust fans serving the fume hoods on floors 6, 7, and 8 to perform preventive maintenance. During this time, no work will be allowed in the fume hoods.
Northwest Tower-Elevator Service Interruption 11/13-12/24/2025
Elevator 97 is currently out of service due to a safety device that needs to be replaced. KONE has ordered the part required, which has a five-week lead time. The elevator will be returned to service as soon as possible once the part is received.
REVISED-Wohl Hospital-Elevator Service Interruption 11/13-20/2025
Elevators 18 and 19 are out of service for repairs. KONE is working on a solution to get them back in service as soon as possible. On Wednesday, November 26, from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m., BJC will conduct an electrical outage to refeed panels on the 10th floor. temporary power will be put in place during the outage. The CRAC unit for the equipment will also be affected.
