On October 3rd from 5am to 7am Air handler 3 will be off in the McDonnell Pediatric Research Building for upgrades to the fire alarm system. In this time there will be limited to no airflow and heating/cooling to floors 2 through 11 on the south side of the building serving the offices.

McDonnell Pediatric Research Building-Air Handling Unit 10/2/2023
On October 2nd from 5am to 7am Air handler 3 will be off in the McDonnell Pediatric Research Building for upgrades to the fire alarm system. In this time there will be limited to no airflow and heating/cooling to floors 2 through 11 on the south side of the building serving the offices.
Southwest Tower-Cold Room 807 Service Interruption 9/25-10/9/2023
On September 25th 7 am – October 9th 7 am contractors will be installing a new refrigeration system for Cold Room 807. The cold room will not be available for use during the 2-week timeframe noted above.
Renard Hospital – Air Handling Unit Service Interruption 9/23/2023
On September 23rd 7 am – 3 pm contractors will be working on the air handler that serves floors 5,6, and 7. Floors 5,6 and 7 will experience loss of airflow and warmer-than-normal temperatures during this time.
Southwest Tower – Steam Service Interruption 9/30-10/1/2023
On September 30th 9 pm – October 1st 6 am Facilities will turn off the steam system that serves floors 6,7, and 8. No steam will be available to autoclaves and the HVAC system during this time. Floors 6,7, and 8 will experience colder-than-normal temperatures during this outage.
Southwest Tower-Domestic Hot Water Service Interruption 9/30-10/1/2023
On September 30th 9 pm – October 1st 6 am Facilities will turn off the domestic hot water that serves floors 6,7, and 8. No domestic hot water will be available to restrooms, labs, and eyewash stations during this time.
Southwest Tower-Domestic Cold Water Service Interruption 9/30-10/2023
Facilities will turn off the domestic cold water that serves floors 6,7, and 8. No domestic cold water will be available to restrooms, labs, eyewash stations, sterilizers, and the vacuum system on September 30th 9 pm- October 1st 1 am.

To complete emergency repairs on September 23rd 3 am – September 24th 5 pm Facilities Engineering will be conducting a steam outage for the building during the above noted times.
