Elevators 8, 9,10, 11 & 12 will be taken out of service one at a time for testing the fire recall on the new fire alarm system. While one elevator is being tested, the other elevators will remain in service. All elevators will be returned to normal service by 11:00 am.

On Tuesday, September 30, from 5:00 to 7:00 a.m., contractors will be replacing an HVAC controls component. We do not expect any impacts on occupants; however, if there are any impacts, they will be related to temperature control in spaces.

From September 24, 6 am, till October 20, 6 am, the Climate room 5306 will shut down. This outage is to update the refrigeration equipment serving the climate room. During this timeframe, please don’t store any items that require refrigeration in this room while the work is being done.

On Friday, October 3, 4-6 am, facilities, along with contractors, will be conducting upgrades to the electrical system. A power transfer will be necessary. We do not anticipate any blips or power loss during the process.

On Saturday, September 20th 4-8 am, Facilities will be shutting down the air handler that serves the waiting areas during the above noted times for maintenance. Technicians will monitor the areas as needed, but customers may experience warmer than normal temperatures during this time.

On October 3, 6 am through October 4, 4 pm, facilities will be shutting down the air handler and exhaust for suite 1700 to assist contractors in performing upgrades to the HVAC systems.
