The emergency generator will be offline from 7 am to 3 pm on Saturday, March 8th, for repairs to the generator exhaust.

On Thursday, March 6th, from 4-6 am, facilities will conduct an electrical outage to repair a breaker for the elevators. All elevators will be affected during this outage. Building staff will be on hand for any other associated equipment issues if they arise.

The alleyway from Euclid Ave to Scott Ave will be closed to all pedestrian and vehicular traffic from Monday, March 3rd, at 6 am to Thursday, March 6th, at 6 pm. Please use alternate route(s). This outage is to assist the contractor/crane service in replacing equipment.

Elevator #45 is out of service for repairs. It is expected to be repaired and returned to service by the end of the day on Thursday the 27th.

On Thursday, March 6th, 3:30 – 9 pm, facilities will be conducting a fire alarm audio and visual test, throughout the buildings. This only a test no need for evacuation.

On March 1st, 6 am – March 2nd, 4 pm. To help complete a project on the 6th-floor air handling unit, technicians will shut down the unit during the above-noted times. Technicians will also monitor and place supplemental cooling units throughout the floor as needed during those times.
