On Tuesday, January 28th, from 3 to 7 am, Facilities will shut down the Domestic Hot and Cold water and the vacuum to the 6th floor to help assist BJH construction. None of the mentioned utilities will be available during the above-noted times.

UPDATEDAs of 12:45, all systems have been returned to normal, and normal operations may resume. At approximately 10:45 am the exhaust system serving the 4th floor experienced a failure. Elevator 102 will be out of service on Sunday, February 2nd, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.

On Friday, January 31st, 7 am – 1 pm, DCM is working with a contractor to install new access controls on the 452/462 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in this ABSL3 suite during the outage.

On Monday, February 3rd 7 am – 1 pm DCM is working with a contractor to install new access controls on the 434/445 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in this ABSL3 suite during the outage.

On February 4th 7 am-1 pm DCM is working with a contractor to install new access controls on the 426/443 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in this ABSL3 suite during the outage.

On Wednesday, February 5th 7 am-1 pm DCM is working with a contractor to install new access controls on the 433/444 ABSL3 suite. No work may occur in this ABSL3 suite during the outage.

Starting on January 24th at 12 am and ending on January 26th at 6 pm, facilities will drain chilled water to the building to help support the vertical expansion project. This will affect all areas, and facilities will take steps to ensure critical areas maintain a climate by providing temporary cooling units to each area.

Elevator #138 is out of service for repairs. The part needed to repair the elevator has been ordered and will be delivered on Monday. Once the repair is complete, the elevator will be returned to service.

On Friday, January 17th, 6 am-3:30 pm CSRB elevator #8 will be taken out of service for repairs to the hoist ropes. Once the repairs are complete, the elevator will be returned to service.
