Elevators in this building will be taken out of service, one at a time as needed, to conduct fire recall tests as required by the Elevator Safety Unit of the Missouri Department of Public Safety. Each elevator will be returned to service once it is tested.

This steam outage is needed to make modifications and repairs to the main steam station coming into the building. The impact of this outage will affect lighting, receptacles, building equipment, pumps, HVAC. Emergency Power will supplied during the total outage.

Elevator 103 will be out of service on Sunday, June 2nd, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back on service at noon.

Elevator 102 will be out of service on Sunday, June 23rd, at 8 AM for 4 hours to perform the 5-year inspections as required by the Elevator Safety Unit of the Missouri Department of Public Safety. The elevator will be back in service at noon.

The purpose of this outage is to perform maintenance and testing on the ‘D’ feed portion of the Courtyard Substation switchgear. On May 24th from 12:30 pm to 2 pm Air handlers 1B serving the first floor and 2-3 serving the second and third floor of the East Imaging Building will be down for inspections. In this time there will be limited to no heating or cooling and airflow to all floors in the building.

On May 24th from 2 pm to 3:30 pm Air handlers B1 and B2 serving the basement of the East Imaging Building will be down for inspections. In this time there will be limited to no heating or cooling and airflow to the basement of the building.

On Saturday, May 18th 6 am – 2 pm Facilities will be turning off the heating hot water for the entire building. Temperatures for the air handlers will be raised to help maintain warmer temperatures. Temperatures in the building may be cooler than normal during this time.
