In order to complete performance evaluation testing BSL3 lab 431/441 will be out of service Wednesday, August 21st 8-10 am during the above noted time. During this time NO work shall take place within the lab.

On August 29th at 6 pm to August 30th at 6 am there will be an exhaust outage for the 7th floor of the McDonnell Medical Sciences Building to remove and install new ductwork. In these times there will be limited to no exhaust to the 7th floor.

On August 27th from 3 am to 8 am there will be a chilled water outage only affecting the 7th and 8th floors of the McDonnell Medical Sciences Building. In these times there will be limited to no cooling to the fan coil units and cold rooms to the 7th and 8th floors only.

Elevator 102 will be out of service on Sunday, September 8th, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.

On September 14th from 7 am to 4 pm there will be a Crane lift at the 4480 Clayton Avenue building to get new equipment onto the roof. In these times there can be NO occupants inside of the building. Security and Facilities personnel will be onsite to ensure the building is clear of all […]

On Saturday, August 17th 7 am – Noon Spire will be replacing the natural gas service to the Taylor Avenue Building. During this time there will be no hot water.

Maintenance work will be completed within the BSL3 – B120 Suite on the lower level of the BJCIH building on 8/15/2024 between 7 am and 8:15 am. Although facilities does not expect any impact to the BSL3 lab on the lower level as a precaution NO work shall take place in any labs during the […]

Steam has been turned off to the entire building due to a steam leak. Facilities will be working on the repair. HVAC setpoints have been adjusted to maintain temperatures throughout the building.
