On September 10th from 4 am to 8 am exhaust fan #3 will be off for service in the McDonnell Medical Sciences Building. In this time there will be limited to no exhaust to fume hoods from the basement to the fifth floor.

September 13, 5 pm – September 15th, 6 pm a steam outage is needed to make repairs to the main steam system coming into the building. On Saturday, September 17th 5 am – 5pm heating hot water in the building will be shut off and unavailable during the above noted times. During the above noted times, the building may experience cooler than normal space temperatures.

Johnson Controls will be replacing the network control engine that serves 454/463 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in the 454/463 ABSL3 suite during this outage. Other ABSL3 suites in the 4th floor biohazard area will be available during this outage.

On Thursday, August 22nd 8-10 am facilities technicians will be adjusting water flow and patching drywall in BSL3 lab 1103B. During this time NO work is allowed with BSL3 Suite 1103.
