Facilities will be performing preventive maintenance on air handling units along with fume hoods serving floors six, seven, and eight. No work shall be done in the fume hoods on Saturday, October 29th 5 am – 1 pm. Floors six, seven, and eight may also notice colder than normal temperatures.

Couch Biomedical Research Building-3rd Floor Cold Room Service Interruption 10/25/2022-10/27/2022
On Tuesday, October 25th from 2:30 pm to 8 am on October 27th the cold room on the 3rd floor of the couch building on the west in will be shut off for cleaning. Please have any items that need to be cooled moved to a new location before this time.
Renard Hospital-Air Handling Unit Service Interruption 10/26/2022
Facilities will be making repairs to the heating part of the air handler unit serving the fifth floor. Temperatures may be a little cooler than normal On Wednesday, October 26th 12:00 am – 6:00 am.
McMillan Hospital-1103 BSL3 Suite Service Interruption 10/20/2022
In support of the 1103 autoclave replacement project, flooring samples will be taken in the 1103C-Autclave room. No work may occur in the 1103 BSL3 suite during this outage on Thursday, October 20th 10 am – 11:30 am.
South Medical Building-Steam Service Interruption 10/22/2022
Due to facilities repairing a steam leak in the basement of the South Building, the 1st and 2nd floors only of the South Building will experience colder than normal temperatures on Saturday, October 22nd 4 am – 1 pm.
CSRB North Tower Addition-Exhaust Fan Service Interruption 10/18/2022-10/21/2022
There will be no exhaust air or exhaust for the fume hoods throughout the 8th floor from Tuesday, October 18th 11 am – Friday, October 21st 4:30 pm. Facilities will be working on the air handler unit that feeds this area.

To perform troubleshooting of the air handling system there will be reduced supply air to the vivarium and BSL3 labs. On Tuesday, October 18th 5:30 am – 7:00 am NO work shall take place in any BSL3 labs.
