On August 3rd 6 am – 4 pm a contractor will be disconnecting the two existing exhaust fans that serve the 562 BSL3 suite. Two new exhaust fans will be tied into the existing exhaust ductwork for the 562 BSL3 suite. NO work may occur in the 562 BSL3 suite during this outage.

On Monday, July 22nd 6-9 am. In order to tie in Domestic cold soft water line for 10th floor fit- out project there will be no water supplied to the sterilizers, glass washers, and autoclaves on 9th and 8th floors. Please plan ahead so work isn’t impacted by the outage.

On Friday, July 19th 5-7 am Due to the upgrading of the Emergency Power system in these buildings we are conducting a live test to ensure that the new system is in proper working order. On July 20th 5 am – 5 pm facilities technicians will be making repairs/modification to the heating hot water system throughout the building. Building occupants should expect to feel a decrease in comfort cooling for the duration of the outage.

Elevator 103 and Elevator 102 will be out of service on Sunday, July 28th, between 8 AM and Noon, for 2 hours each to perform preventive maintenance. While one elevator is down, the other will be in service. Both elevators will be back in service at noon.

On Thursday, July 25th 5-8 am in preparation for upcoming AAALAC inspections, several light lenses will be replaced in 432/442 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in 432/442 during this outage.

On Wednesday, July 24th 5-8 am in preparation for upcoming AAALAC inspections, several light lenses will be replaced in 431/441 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in 431/441 during this outage.

On Wednesday, July 17th 5-8 am in preparation for upcoming AAALAC inspections, several light lenses will be replaced in 451/461 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in 451/461 during this outage.

On Thursday, July 18th 5-8 am in preparation for upcoming AAALAC inspections, several light lenses will be replaced in 434/445 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in 434/445 during this outage.
