On Friday, March 1st 8 am – 12 pm facilities technicians will be troubleshooting and repairing a possible sink leak in BSL3 Suite 8201 lab 8201C. During this time NO work shall be conducted inside of BSL3 suite 8201.

On Saturday, March 16th from 4 am to 4 pm Air handling unit 1 will be off for replacement of bearings at the Specialized Interim Research Building. In this time there will be 50% heating, cooling, and supply air flow to the building.

On Saturday, March 9th from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm there will be a building wide exhaust outage for the Biotechnology Center for replacement of exhaust fan on the roof. In this time there will be no exhaust flow to fume hoods, restrooms, and general exhaust for the entirety of the building.

On Friday, February 23rd 9-9:30 am the access programming for the 7303 BSL3 suite will be updated. NO work may occur in the 7303 BSL3 suite during this outage.

The supply fan motor in the upper air tunnel of AHU-1 will be replaced.

The supply fan motor in the upper air tunnel of AHU-2 will be replaced.

On Tuesday, March 12th 8-10 am a door technician will be repairing/ troubleshooting the operation of the entry into door into lab 465/455. During this time NO work shall take place inside lab 465/455.

Elevator 103 will be out of service on Sunday, March 24, at 8 am for 4 hours to perform preventive maintenance. The elevator will be back in service at noon.

On February 20th from 12:30pm to February 23rd at 4:30pm cold room 2914 in the South Medical Building will be down for repairs. At this time there should be nothing stored in this cold room.
