On Friday, January 26th 3:00 am – 8:00 pm contractors will be working on repairing the door to B147 in the B120 suite. During this time occupants can expect to hear construction noise in the basement vivarium area.

On Monday, February 26th 6:00 am – 10:00 pm Johnson Controls will be replacing the network control engine that serves 451/461 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in the 451/461 ABSL3 suite during this outage. Other ABSL3 suites in the 4th floor biohazard area will be available during this outage.

On Monday, February 19th 6:00 am – 10:00 pm Johnson Controls will be replacing the network control engine that serves 432/442 ABSL3 suite. NO work may occur in the 432/442 ABSL3 suite during this outage. All other ABSL3 suites in the 4th floor biohazard area will be available during this outage.

The vacuum system for the NRB building will be out of service for upgrades and repairs on February 3rd 6:00 am – 3:00 pm. During this time anything attached to vacuum will not be in service. On Tuesday, January 23rd 3 am – 2 pm contractors will be working on the heating hot water that serves half of the 11th floor. Some areas on the 11th floor may experience cooler than normal temperatures during this time.

On Tuesday, January 30th 5-8 am Facilities will turn off the air handler that serves the office spaces on the south side of the building to perform preventive maintenance. The offices on floors 2 through 12 will experience loss of airflow and cooler-than-normal temperatures.

In support of the 7301 BSL3 suite bubble-tight damper replacement project, the 7303 BSL3 suite will be unavailable on Saturday, January 20th 6-6:30 am during this brief outage as a precautionary measure while the 7301 systems are adjusted in preparation to replace the bubble-tight damper serving 7302-BSL3 lab.

In support of the 7301 BSL3 suite bubble-tight damper replacement project, the 7303 BSL3 suite will be unavailable on Saturday, January 20th 6 am during this brief outage as a precautionary measure while the 7301 systems are adjusted in preparation to replace the bubble-tight damper serving 7302-BSL3 lab.

On Thursday, January 18th 6-9 am CO2 service to 7302-BSL3 lab will be down temporarily to reroute the CO2 piping in the corridor that serves this BSL3 suite.
