McDonnell Pediatric Research Building – Johnson Controls Network Engine Service Interruption

4:45 a.m.-6:05 a.m.

At approximately 4:25 a.m. there was a communication issue with the Johnson Controls Network Engine that supports the Philips BSL3 lab. The local HVAC system has been confirmed to be operating and the room pressures are negative at this time, however until the communication issue can be resolved NO WORK should take place within the facility until Facilities Engineering has resolved the issue. A follow-up message will be delivered once all mechanical systems and room pressures are working in a normal manner.

As of 6:05 AM all HVAC systems have returned to normal operation and all A/BSL3 or BSL3 alarms have returned to normal. All activities may resume in the affected areas.

We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
