Synopsis: 
Protective Services officers responded to the GCWB for a report of a patient causing a disturbance. Earlier in the day, the patient had arrived several hours early for his appointment and wandered the building making unwanted advances toward staff and other patients. Upon completion of his appointment, he remained in the building and continued to make unwanted advances toward the gift shop staff. When officers intervened, the patient threatened to assault them. Officers ensured that he the patient left the property and reported the incident to Faculty Practice Plan.

Synopsis: 
An unaffiliated pedestrian approached a Protective Services vehicle, occupied by two officers, and unprovoked struck the driver's side mirror in an aggressive manner. He was verbally combative and aggressive with officers. Officers were able to calm the subject and determined he had been previously warned against trespass by BJH Public Safety. Officers issued another warning against future trespass and escorted him from campus.

Synopsis: 
Protective Services officers responded to 718 Core Residence Apartments for a report of a loud disturbance. Officers located a subject in the hallway who was collecting some property. He explained that he and his significant other had a verbal argument and he was leaving. Officers determined that the subject was not a resident, but his significant other was. The significant other did not want to press the issue. Officers escorted the subject out of the building and warned him against future trespass.

Synopsis: 
Protective Services investigated a complaint that an employee caused a disturbance on a shuttle bus that departed from the Mid Campus Center and arrived at the Clayton Garage. During the shuttle ride, an employee caused a disturbance by cursing at the driver and other occupants. Upon exiting the shuttle, the employee presented as though she was going to physically assault another employee. The results of the investigation were sent to the employee's department management and Human Resources.

Synopsis:
 Two contractors began arguing with each and causing a disturbance at the dock for EPNEC and Chick-fil-A, located on Nash Way.  The disturbance was precipitated by one contractor blocking the other in the dock. Protective Services officers attempted to de-escalate the situation. However, one of the contractors initially ignored the officers commands. Eventually the situation was calmed. All involved parties declined to press charges and moved along.

Synopsis:
 A patient was upset about an appointment at the Eye Clinic on the first floor of the McMillan Hospital Building. She became irate and verbally abusive toward the staff. She left the exam room and walked into areas designated for staff only, while screaming and cursing. Protective Services responded to the area and escorted her from the clinic to the vestibule. The patient screamed and cursed at officers, put her hands near the officers' faces,  and refused to leave the area. Officers eventually removed her from the building and monitored her as she walked through campus, continually screaming and cursing. She ultimately left campus with no further contact with officers or staff.
