Synopsis:  Protective Services officer observed a gate arm was detached from the post at the north exit of the Clayton Garage. A review of CCTV footage in the garage showed a contractor drove through the gate arm and did not notify Protective Services or garage staff. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis:  Protective Services responded to a report of vehicle damage in the Clayton Garage. A WUSM employee found substantial damage to their vehicle that was parked in the garage. A note was left from a witness describing the vehicle that struck the parked vehicle. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis:  Protective Services responded to the NRB Garage for a property damage report. A WUSM employee parked her vehicle in the garage and upon returning, found damage to the front bumper.  Protective Services is investigating.

Location:  McDonnell Medical Sciences Building (MMSB) Dock
Synopsis:  Protective Services took a phone report of damage the possibly occurred the MMSB Dock. A WUSM employee parked his vehicle at the dock at 6:45 am. On his way home around 3:15 pm, the employee heard a loud grinding noise coming from the vehicle. When he inspected the vehicle, he discovered the break on the front wheel was dislodge. Further inspection revealed one bolt was missing and another had been loosened. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis: A WUSM custodial employee noticed a broken table in the Kaldi's Cafe on the 2nd floor of the MCC. Two unidentified Children's Hospital employees were sitting in the area just prior to the discovery. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis: A BJC contractor reported damage to his vehicle while parked in the Clayton Garage. Another BJC contractor witnessed a vehicle strike the parked vehicle and leave the area without stopping. Protective Services is investigating.

Location: Barnard Hospital Building, Wohl Hospital, Wohl Clinic
Synopsis: Protective Services responded to various floors of the Barnard Hospital Building, Wohl Hospital, and Wohl Clinic for a report of vandalism. An unknown subject(s) moved several items around so the items blocked doors and impeded the flow of pedestrian traffic. Computers were unplugged and stacked under a table. However, they were not damaged. Refrigerators were unplugged. Hand sanitizer and soap dispensers were removed from the wall. Toilets were intentionally clogged and a wall-set trash can was partially ripped from the wall. Protective Services is investigating.
