Synopsis: A WUSM employee's vehicle was broken into while parked on Scott Ave. A laptop was stolen from within the vehicle. A review of CCTV footage showed at least four suspects arrived on campus in a white Nissan Sentra with no plates. Three suspects exited the vehicle. Two of the suspects stood guard with handguns while the third broke into the vehicle. Two other instances of tampering were reported that are possibly related. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis: A WUSM employee's vehicle was broken into while parked on McKinley Ave. Nothing was stolen from within the vehicle. Location: Maternity Hospital Building Physician On Call Surface Parking Lot
Synopsis: Barnes-Jewish Hospital Public Safety officers informed Protective Services officers that they witness a vehicle break-in on the Physician On Call surface parking lot. The suspect vehicle fled the area. Officers responded to the lot and determined two vehicles were damaged in the form of shattered windows. One of the vehicles belonged to a WUSM employee who was notified. It is unknown if anything was stolen from within the vehicles. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis: A WUSM student reported damage to her vehicle while it was parked on Clayton Ave. near the 718 Core Residence Apartments. The front passenger side window was broken out and a coat and other miscellaneous items were stolen. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis: A WUSM employee made a delayed report of vehicle tampering. The employee parked her vehicle in the Duncan Central Garage at approximately 5:15am. She received a call from another employee at about 12:30pm who noticed that her vehicle's door was open in the garage. She asked the employee to shut the door. When she got to her vehicle at the end of the day, she noticed damage to the door key lock. The glove box had been rummaged through but nothing was missing. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis: A WUSM employee called Protective Services to report a flat tire on her vehicle. She also reported an unknown liquid on her gas tank cover and on the parking space where she had parked. The investigation revealed a subject approached her vehicle about an hour prior. He poured an unidentified liquid into the gas tank and likely punctured the tire. He also laid under the vehicle but CCTV footage did not capture what he did while there. A description of the subject was provided to the employee. She believed the subject was likely a former romantic partner. The SLMPD responded to the scene and took a report.
Disposition: Referred to the SLMPD.

Synopsis: Two vehicles were broken into on the 4510 McKinley Ave. surface parking lot. Both vehicles had a back window shattered. Several items were stolen from both vehicles. A review of CCTV footage showed an unidentified vehicle occupied by at least two subjects drove onto the lot approximately 45 minutes prior to the damage being discovered. The subjects broke into the vehicles and immediately left the lot. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis: A contract security officer called Protective Services to the 4444 Forest Park Ave. parking lot after noticing a subject attempting to remove a license plate from a parked vehicle. The subject left prior to officers' arrival, however he was located a short distance away. The subject had two license plates in his possession. Our officers arrested the subject and call the SLMPD to the scene. SLMPD officers took custody of the subject and removed him from campus.

Synopsis: Barnes Jewish Hospital Public Safety reported over 30 vehicles were damaged by two unknown suspects in the Laclede Garage.
