East Building-Elevator Service Interruption 11/1/2024-6/30/2025
Midwest Elevator will start the modernization project for elevators #47 and #48. One elevator will be taken out of service at a time to be modernized. Each elevator is expected to take approximately 14 weeks to complete.
REVISED-Clayton Garage-Elevator Service Interruption 11/1/2024-9/30/2025
Midwest Elevator will begin work on the modernization project on Elevators #58 and #59. Elevator #59 will be taken out of service first, and it will be down for approximately 17 weeks. After #59 is complete, it will be returned to service, and #58 will be taken out of service to be modernized.
East Building roof replacement update
Workers began the replacement of the East Building’s roof on September 9th. The demolition phase has been completed.
