Synopsis:  A Barnes-Jewish employee reported parking his bike at the Euclid Power Plant Bike Rack on 8/21/2026 at approximately 6:45pm. He secured the bike to the rack with a cable lock. When he returned on 8/22/2026 at 7:45am, he found the cable was cut and left on the ground. The bicycle was gone. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis:  A WashU employee reported parking his bike at the Euclid Power Plant Bike Rack on 8/21/2026 at approximately 7:00am. When he returned at 6:00pm, he discovered the front tire of the bicycle was missing from the bike. A review of CCTV footage showed an unidentified subject removed the tire approximately 45 minutes prior to the employee returning to the rack. Protective Services is investigating.

Synopsis:  A WashU employee pulled up to the entrance gates of the Metro Garage, at which time an unaffiliated subject attempted to open her passenger door. Her vehicle was locked and the subject was unable to gain access to the vehicle. The employee waved the subject away and continued into the garage. The employee immediately called Protective Services who arrived and detained the subject. The SLMPD responded to the scene but declined to take the subject into custody. Protective Services officers issued the subject a warning against future trespass and ensured he left campus.

Synopsis:  Protective Services officers responded to assist University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy (UHSP) Public Safety with a subject who they were attempting to remove from their campus. UHSP officers stated the subject had caused a disturbance in Starbucks and was given a trespass warning. The subject returned to the area several times and was escorted out multiple times. BJH Public Safety officers also responded to assist. The subject continued to try to enter the UHSP campus. Protective Services officers told the subject she was no longer welcome and attempted to escort her out of the area. She refused to leave, prompting officers to guide her northbound on S. Euclid Ave. The subject struck a Protective Services officer in the face with a hard plastic cup full of water. The subject was detained and SLMPD responded to take custody. She was charged with assault and peace disturbance.
