A review of CCTV footage showed that an occupant of an unidentified SUV crawled under the truck for several minutes. The occupant then re-entered the SUV and left campus. Synopsis: 
  Protective Services officers encountered an unaffiliated subject loitering on campus near the MCC dock. Officers directed the subject to the Metro Bus Depot several times. The subject refused to depart the area and followed the officers to the east entrance to the MCC. Officers informed the subject he was not allowed to enter the MCC. Despite repeated warnings, the subject made his way inside. Officers detained him and called the SLMPD. BJH Public Safety notified Protective Services officers that the same subject had been issued a warning against future trespass the night before. The SLMPD arrived on scene and took custody of the subject. The subject asked to be taken to a mental hospital. The SLMPD advised they would escort him to Mercy Hospital.

  Environment Services staff found the restrooms on the 2nd floor of the CSRB have sustained some property damage and intentionally clogged toilets. A review of CCTV footage in the area showed a known trespasser spent significant time in the restrooms. A BOLO was disseminated to campus security.
