Disturbance

Synopsis:  A courier flagged down a Protective Services officer on Euclid Ave. near the Farrell Learning and Teaching Center to report a disturbance. A subject was standing in the middle of Euclid Ave. The courier attempted to drive around him at which time the subject kicked the courier’s vehicle. The courier exited his vehicle. The subject postured as though he was going to punch the courier, so the courier re-entered his vehicle and drove away. He located a Protective Services officer approximately one minute later. Officers located the subject described by the courier. The subject was hostile and aggressive, and threatened to harm the officers. Officers took the subject into custody. While in custody, the subject spit on an officer. The subject was turned over to the SLMPD.
