Synopsis:  Protective Services responded to the basement of the Clinical Sciences Research Building for an unaffiliated subject who poured cleaning chemicals on the floor and opened a water valve.  Officers made contact with the subject who appeared to be in the midst of mental health crisis.  Officers transported the subject to the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Emergency Department via wheelchair.
