To facilitate the warranty replacement of a cooling tower fan motor on the NRB utility plant roof, a crane will be set up in Newstead Avenue on July 2 and 3. Traffic will be reduced to two lanes at this location. Access to the parking garage will be restricted to those coming from the north, but access will be available from the south. The Duncan Avenue entrance to the garage will remain fully operational and unimpeded. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
