Facilities Operations Update

Clinical Sciences Research Building concrete exterior work

Repairs to the structural concrete at Clinical Sciences Research Building (CSRB) will start on Wednesday, August 11th at 5am. This work will be just outside the CSRB entrance vestibule closest to Children’s circle drive (see diagram). At this time, there is no entry/exit barrier to that entrance which means normal vestibule operations can continue. There is no need to shut down the screening station or elevators. As we get under the topping slab, we will determine if the area of work needs to be expanded making adjustments as needed at that time.
Protection will be placed around the area of work. Concrete demolition will be done between the hours of 5 -8 am. Safety signage will be utilized.

For any questions, please contact Project Manager, Jarrod Rahn.
