This outage on Sunday, October 24th 7am-11am is the first of three outages necessary to perform routine maintenance and testing of the main electrical switch gear, serving CSRB. This outage will mainly affect 480/277V lighting and equipment power, and should not affect normal receptacle power in the lab spaces. However, any emergency lighting and equipment connected to red emergency receptacles in the North section, (all floors), may experience a power blip when the normal power is turned off. These emergency receptacles and emergency lights will have power restored once the generator starts and picks up the load. This should only affect the emergency outlets and emergency lighting in the north section of the building (all Floors). All normal power 120/208V receptacles and equipment should remain unaffected by this outage.
