Please be aware that on Tuesday, November 30th and Wednesday, December 1st, Sachs Electric (ArchKey) will be working on the Medical Campus to install a new TFC underground fiber optic cable between the College of Nursing (CON), and the Duncan-Taylor Garage on Duncan at Taylor.
This work will consist of cable pulling efforts in the street through TFC manhole #8 on Duncan.
Beginning at CON, going south through MH #8, and into the garage. (See included drawing)
This will utilize an existing pathway and there will be no construction.
Weather permitting; the planned duration of this work is through close of business, December 3rd.
All work will be done during the day shift, beginning daily at 09:00 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. each day. The work will include access to TFC manhole #8 in front of the garage. There are NO anticipated street closures involved, but intermittent lane obstructions and traffic shifts will occur.
There will be traffic and safety control to include flagmen, cones, plating (where appropriate), and warning signs during all work times.
