Starting on January 17th, Ameren will begin work in Newstead Avenue between Clayton Avenue and the Metrolink tracks. They will be installing the infrastructure for the permanent power to the new neuroscience research building. Two-way traffic will be maintained and the work will be completed in three phases (see phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3) with a duration of approximately 4 weeks.
