The purpose of this outage is to perform maintenance and testing on the main electrical switchgear in the Penthouse that distributes power to the 6th through 10th floors in Wohl Hospital. This requires de-energizing the necessary switchgear so that we can safely and effectively perform the required work. This work will ensure that the main electrical systems will continue to provide safe and reliable power. This outage will affect the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th floors in Wohl Hospital. Any lighting, receptacles or equipment connected to normal power on these floors, will be off for the duration of this outage on Sunday, April 10th 7-11 am. However, there is limited back up power for emergency lighting and critical equipment that will be on during the outage. This should not affect any power on the Basement thru 5th floors.
