On Wednesday, July 27, from at 7 am – 3:30 pm, Western Waterproofing will begin phase 1 of repairing the northeast corner facade and will perform demolition on that day. This will require brick removal and will therefore cause some noise and vibration that may affect nearby building occupants. The demolition will take place on July 27 only and should be completed the same day.
Also, the northeast entrance door will be off limits on July 27, reopening on Thursday, July 28. Phase 1 (masonry work) to take 1 week to complete. Again, the noisy work and door closure would only be on day 1, July 27. This work should not interrupt vehicular traffic to the south dock or parking on S. Euclid.
