To better align with the School of Medicine campus services, the Operations & Facilities Management Department is announcing updated hours for the Facilities Integrated Service Center (FISC) effective Monday, October 31st, 2022.
The FISC, located in the Mid Campus Center, is the central point of contact and processing for facilities work orders and serves as a liaison between campus customers, service providers and business managers. It is a one-stop place for items such as badging, access control, parking & transportation, custodial requests and engineering services.
The updated hours for the FISC are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5:30 pm. We route after-hours and weekend calls to a 24/7 Control Room.
