Business leaders from across the state visited the Washington University Medical Campus as part of the Missouri Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Missouri class of 2023.
The first stop was the simulation labs at Goldfarb School of Nursing – a recognized leader in clinical simulation technology. A campus tour highlighted the patient care and research facilities under construction – a combined two million square feet+ of new space.
At the construction site of Barnes-Jewish Hospital’s 16-story patient care tower, the leaders learned about the project’s robust diversity, equity and inclusion programs engaging contractors, workers and high school students.
