Taylor Avenue Building rooftop unit replacement

We will be replacing the rooftop units (RTUs) on the Taylor Avenue Building (TAB) per the following schedule:

Units 2,4,6 are scheduled for removal/replacement starting Friday, October 13th at 6 am for the crane setup and prep of the existing units. The RTUs will be delivered starting Saturday, October 14th at 6 am. The area shown in red will be blocked off for the trucks and crane setup. The parking lot area will be ready for use by Monday, October 16th.

Units 1,3,5 are scheduled for removal/replacement starting Friday, October 20th at 6 am for crane setup and prep of the existing units. he RTUs will be delivered starting Saturday, October 21st at 6 am. The same area shown in red is to be blocked off for the crane setup and RTU delivery/loading on Friday, October 20th and Saturday, October 21st.
