The 3rd floor of the East McDonnell (EMD) Building will undergo a full gut renovation to create the new WU-GREaT gnotobiotic research facility, beginning in October 2023 and completing mid-2024.
During that time, the General Contractor will utilize a portion of the 4515 parking area on the east side of EMD for site logistics, staging, and access to parts of the second and third floor exterior envelopes.
