At approximately 10:40 pm 10/02/2023 there was a disruption with the electric system in the building which caused a malfunction with the HVAC system causing a room pressure alarms for all the labs in Pediatrics Research Building, and the CSRB North Tower Addition. At this time no work should take place in the labs within those buildings . At this time Facilities Engineering is in the process of recovering the HVAC systems. A follow-up message will be delivered once all mechanical systems and room pressures are working in a normal manner.
