On Monday, November 20th, Western Specialty Contractors will rig a swing stage on the east side of the Northwest Tower Building to clean the facade. The rigging will occur during the day and the cleaning process will occur during the night. The contractor will clean the facade using high-pressure tap water only (no chemicals). They will start on the northeast corner and move counterclockwise along the building until completion.
The project is expected to take 5 weeks to complete, however this work is weather dependent, and winter weather events could extend the project timeline. We anticipate minimal to no impact on building occupants, pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and campus operations.
