A deficiency was identified with the emergency back up generator for the electrical power systems in the building. In the unlikely event that the building were to experience a total electrical power loss from Ameren, the building will not have any backup power. Anything that runs on electric will not work. All HVAC climate control would also be down. We are working diligently to repair the generator at this time. We will update this outage once emergency power has been restored. Generator is fully operational as of 9-11-2024
