Please be conscious when placing perishable orders for delivery during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
The WUSM and Danforth Receiving docks will be closed on the following days:
• Tuesday, December 24, 2024
• Wednesday, December 25, 2024
• Tuesday, December 31, 2024
• Wednesday, January 1, 2025
Most delivery services will be open and making business deliveries on Tuesday, December 24, and Tuesday, December 31. FedEx, UPS, and the other delivery services know that WUSM and Danforth docks will be closed, and they will not attempt to deliver to our docks when they are closed. Delivery services have no way of storing perishables during that period.
It is very important that labs do not place orders for perishables to be delivered on days that the docks are closed.
