LaClair Construction will address the water damage by patching and painting the light soffit and a section of the ceiling in room 120 of Olin Residence Hall, near the Shell Café entry.
The tentative start date is March 24, and the project will conclude by March 28. They plan to start at 3 pm to minimize disruption to Shell Café operations and the flow of foot traffic to and from the OFMD offices.
