The Operations & Facilities Management Department (OFMD) is pleased to announce that the new crosswalk on Duncan Avenue, located outside the Newstead Garage, has reopened. The new crosswalk provides significant benefits by improving safety for pedestrians and drivers, enhancing visibility, reducing vehicle speeds, encouraging motorist yielding, and creating a more walkable and accessible community.
