The service elevators 113 & 114 are operating in emergency dispatching mode until further notice. This means the Hall Call buttons will not work, the elevators run up and down continuously, and stop at random floors. There will likely be longer wait times for these elevators. However, the buttons inside the elevator car should work and take you to the floor you select. KONE has the failed parts on order and expects them to arrive on Monday. I will provide additional updates as needed. KONE has found additional components that failed and has them on order. They expect the elevators to be back to normal on Monday morning.
