Starting Monday, June 15, 2026, and continuing through July 17, 2026, pending weather, the Phase 5 portion of the plaza will be under construction. Work will be performed in and around the Mid Campus Center (MCC) front entrance and MetroLink platform.
Once Phase 5 is completed, we will move into Phase 6, working on the north side of the MCC circle and in and around the Eric P. Neumann Center (EPNEC).
Please expect noise, disruption and congestion at the MCC circle from June 15, 2026, through August 30, 2026, in support of the Hope Plaza Restoration.
Primarily due to the weather, and unforeseen changes in the field, phases and dates are approximate.
If your work on campus takes you in or around the BJC IOH building and Hope Plaza, please anticipate shutdowns, disruptions and inconveniences associated with this project’s construction.
