Construction on the Euclid Utility Tunnel is scheduled to start on September 21. This phase of construction is expected to last through spring of 2028.
Patients and visitors will not be able to access the ADA parking spots on Euclid Avenue. As an alternative, patients and visitors may park in the ADA spots in the Plaza Garage.
