We will be replacing the existing end-of-life Avaya G650 Voice Gateways at the locations listed below with new Avaya G450 Gateways. This upgrade will help ensure a stable voice environment for desk phones and reduce the risk of security vulnerabilities.
The following analog devices will experience an outage of approximately 30 minutes during the cutover window:
- Fax machines
- Elevators
- Overhead paging systems
- Grey desk phones
