Duncan Avenue will be closed East of Newstead for a large crane lift on March 26th from 6:00am to 5:00pm to lift the new WUSM Duncan substation switchgear house into position behind the Genome Data Center. Semi-truck support vehicles with counter weights along with trucks carrying the switchgear house will also be parked in the vicinity of the crane.
