The elevators in Northwest tower are operating in emergency dispatch mode until further notice. This means that the elevators will operate continuously, stopping at random floors going up then back down. For example: Going up an elevator may stop at all the odd numbered floors, then coming down it will stop at even numbered floors. KONE is in contact with manufacturer to get parts for repairing the elevator dispatching system as soon as possible.
