Workers began the replacement of the East Building’s roof on September 9th. The demolition phase has been completed. The roof replacement is scheduled for October 7th – November 4th, during the hours of 7 am – 5 pm.
There will be a series of crane picks throughout the project. All crane picks will occur from the service alley on the north elevation of the building to avoid vehicular and pedestrian traffic on Scott Avenue. The next crane pick is on October 7th and is scheduled for 8 hours. On that day, Taylor Roofing Company will hoist equipment and roofing materials onto the roof to begin replacement. The last crane pick is scheduled for November 4th for 8 hours.

Business managers should share this information with their vendors to assist with planning their pickups and deliveries for the scheduled dates. Please remember that all dates are subject to change due to inclement weather.
